Dog Fouling

Following the recent  increase in the amount of dog mess abandoned along the footpath between the Memorial Club and Rectory Road, LOPC, in association with TDC, has erected signage reminding dog walkers of their responsibility to clear up after their pet. The TDC dog warden, and others, will be monitoring the area to keep a lookout for offenders! TDC can issue fixed penalty notices of £50 for the offence or pursue the matter in court where fines of up to £1000 can be imposed.
